The Cover
I love simple covers and John came up with the idea to have Jessica standing in the light to have the shadow of Jack coming off of her.
I love how the colors came out on this, lots of blues and greys with hints of warmth.

Jeremy
"I CAN'T STOP EXPLODING!!"
His first words as he enters the scene. Jeremy is a troubled youth who found out he had a power of pyrokinesis but what started out as something he thought was just a "cool" thing he could do, turned into something that got out of control. As a young child he burned his house down, this was also when he discovered his power. He was taken to an orphanage and a couple of weeks later it burned down. He was later taken to the same orphanage where Jessica lived and before Umbra could take him for testing, he burned the place down.
He went into hiding for a short time until he exploded uncontrollably. Now he is a ticking time bomb which makes things worse, each explosion he causes gets worse. People fear he will go nuclear and it becomes an issue that Umbra decides to try and remedy.
